Honestly- I hate that they just find whoever to come and move you. They basically just offer the job to whoever is in the area with no guarantee that they’re good. You might get some good movers, you might get bad ones. We had one bad one ok. They scuffed up a bunch of our furniture and broke 2 legs off one of our cabinets and dropped and broke a book shelf. The equivalent of hiring 2 random dudes u know from the office- not professional movers. They were polite, but I wouldn’t hire this company again unless I needed like just boxes moved.

TRYING TO CONTACT THESE FOLK IS A NIGHTMARE AFTER INITIAL CONTACT.. I originally agreed to them taking 50.00 to lock in on a Senior Discounted Move...I left the deposit, but I hadn't decided on really using them or not...(Had 48 hours to cancel)..They attempted to take money from my account UNAUTHORIZED! A WEEK LATER THEY TOOk it anyways.Im a Senior Citizen and wouldn't recommend them to move my DOG POO!!!!!!........****UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!*****Im pleased to be informed by Flex Moving n storage that a refund will be available by the end of Business day today The Rep was VERY KNOWLEDGABLE,PROFESSIONAL,AND COURTEOUS. As A Senior Citizen, mere words can't express my gratitude with their understanding in this matter!...With that,I give them a 5 star rating, on profenciency, and Resolution.

The Premium Move is our highest level of service and includes full home packing, TV boxes, large-item wrapping, mattress covers, and furniture disassembly/reassembly.
With our most popular option, the Full-Service Move, you pack your own belongings and our crew will wrap large-items, and handle major furniture disassembly/reassembly.
For those seeking a no-frills, budget-friendly option, our Budget Move is our most efficient option. It does not include extra wrapping or materials so you’re responsible for making sure your large items are protected.
