Thank you Flex Claims team (Stephanie) for reaching out to follow up and resolving the issues that occurred during my move. I wish your company the best in the future.WendyWARNING: DO NOT USE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE AFTER THEY GET THE PAYMENT!!!!!I would not use this moving company! The reasons are listed below. If I could leave 0 stars I would.Received a call on Wednesday February 26th, that the time for the move was changed from 9:00am to 1:30pm due to lack of employees.Movers showed up at 8:45am due to not being informed the move was moved to the 1:30pm time slot (we were not ready due to the time of the move changed)Trailer was delivered with no Equipment (moving dollies, wrapping blankets, or plastic wrap to wrap furniture) to move items down the stairs ( all was hand carried and loaded, this took extra time). Representative told me that everything would be included.Move was halted due to no moving equipment, manager of the movers said that someone was on the way with the equipment and never showed up.A female and male mover was assigned to move me, she could not lift the heavy items down the stairs. (slowed everything down considerably). She left after loading and another mover was to show up at the house and did not show.Manager of the mover said they would make a second trip at no extra charge, once we arrived at the final location, the manager told the mover that the trailer was not available to make a second trip. The additional mover was coming to help unload and take the trailer to another move (the additional mover did not show). He said he was at the address, but was not and would not answer the manager's call after he reported he was there, (this helt up the mover unloading the trailer as well). Mover Zion took it upon himself to start unloading after waiting for 45 minutes to an hour on the additional mover that did not show.We had to help unload the items from the trailer and provide additional equipment so the move would not take longer.
