First time hiring movers & they were great. Moved from the 3rd floor & everything was still moved in a timely manner & packed neatly. They were careful with my furniture & took the time to wrap the things that needed to be wrapped. I will be calling them the next time I move!

Well after 10 long hours yesterday (8-4-18) with the amazing movers, Guidance Moving, Inc. (Bennie, Kenny, and Ladarian), My son and I finally got all our stuff including our two fur babies, (dog and cat) moved back to our old apartments in Frisco where we lived previously for 5 years. I have to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to these awesome and amazing movers, Guidance Moving, Inc. These three men had a happy positive attitude the ENTIRE time spreading their joy among me and my son. They were super polite and took such great care of us and our things as if we were their own family! Their integrity and work ethic was phenomenal! When they arrived, Bennie assessed all the things I had to move and was honest with how long it would take. I originally estimated 6 hours, but it took 10 hours ONLY because I had SO MUCH STUFF!! They worked non-stop until I told them to take a water break and finally eat lunch and they kept happy the whole time! Their hourly price was lower than local competitors especially in the August heat! I picked them because they have a 5 star rating here on Yelp.com and I am so glad I chose them. Bennie, the owner, kept in constant communication with me from the time I booked them a month prior to the move to the day before the move. He happily answered any questions I had. Bennie, the owner, even called me later that evening to check up on us and thank me for allowing them to move us and how much they enjoyed it! WOW!! So here is their link. Benny was responsive to my communications. He and his partner, Kenny, showed up when they stated they would with everything necessary to safely move a large, high-quality solid wood furniture item between single-family homes. They went right to work from the time they arrived and did not waste a minute. It was evident immediately that they are professional movers that know exactly what is needed to prep and protect the furniture for a move. The same care showed in the handling of the item during lifting/loading that also included relocating another equally large furniture item at the destination. This was a small job within the two-hour minimum - the value was in them doing the job right. Worked smart, careful and efficient.

Hired Guidance Moving to move our business office to a new location. A team of 3 showed up and got right to work. They quickly disassembled our desks and wrapped them for transport. They were all very polite, hard working professionals. I often worry about such services when there is an hourly rate involved as people sometimes "milk the clock" but not these guys! They did not slow down until the job was finished. Everything was handled perfectly. The rate was great and the quality of work was exceptional. If you are looking for movers, look no further, these are your guys! I will hire them again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is $85/hour with a 2 hr minimum. This includes wrapping and padding with 2 guys moving furniture. Additional fees will be added if more than 2 guys are needed. There are no hidden fees such as fuel, mileage, or stair surcharges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I issue a quote, then we set a date and time, and finish the move with a hand shake and smile making each customer is comfortable and satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training began as I was working for Thomasville furniture company for 17 years in the delivery department. There I delivered furniture and trained other people on how to move and deliver furniture.
