Introduction

I started in this business to provide a service for families who are already under the stress of moving. We are currently offering discounted rates at $89.00 for 2 men from our normal rates of $139.00 an hour to help support our community during this Covid 19 outbreak. We are working with families who have been furloughed and hours cut in the effort to help ease some of the strain most people are feeling. My focus is providing an outstanding experience for our clients an in industry that often gets a bad name. My crews are super friendly, professional, and clean cut. You do not have to lift a finger and we will take care of the rest.

The team arrived on time, started working immediately, and showed great care with our belongings. Considering what they had to do for 8 hours, everyone was very professional, polite, and respectful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the service we provide. Your home is your sanctuary and you work very hard for the things you put into your home. I run specials at times but a lot goes into moving. It is more than just putting your stuff on a truck. I provide fantastic crews who are going to respect your home and take care of your items like they were their own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally call my client and give them an idea of what to expect for moving day. I also like to come out and meet the client personally on move day just to ensure everything is going good for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors degree and I have 23 years of experience in the moving industry
