- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For labor only moves we charge $45 per hour for each mover and $85 per hour for 2 movers. (Two hours minimum) For Truck moves we start at $109 per hour for 2 movers and a truck if you are within a 50 miles radius from Dallas. (Two hours minimum) If your first location is beyond the 50 miles radius from Dallas, we charge $120 per hour for two movers and a truck. (Two hours minimum) We also provide packing services for $85/hr for 2 guys. 2 hrs delivery services for a total of $180. There is a $35-$45 travel fee for moving distance 30+ miles and less than 50 miles. Moving distance beyond 50 miles is considered long distance and other fees might apply! All same day booking are subject to a flat $25 per mover same day service fee that will be added to the total of your move. When booking a deposit amounting to the 1st hour of your move is required as deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us we give them an overview on our pricing, give them a brief description on how we will move their items including what we will wrap(all furniture) then give them an opportunity to ask any questions they might have about the move and or pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers have training and experience ranging from 1 year to 5 years in the moving industry. So don't be surprised when you see familiar faces on your move day when you book with us. :) When you move with Youngstars, You are moving with family!
