FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Special Offers and/or Discounts available for New Patients. No Major Medical, Medicare or Medicaid can be used with special offers. Please check our website for our most current offers. In an effort to be transparent, as well as, assist patients with questions regarding cash vs. insurance pricing, our most current service pricing can be found on our website. We do not differentiate between insurance and cash pricing; what is billed to insurance is what will be billed to any cash patient. We do not do time-of-service discounts. There is no way for us to tell you exactly what your insurance will or will not pay. There is also the "allowables" variable that comes into play with insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a FREE consultation (does not include a physical examination or diagnostics). The consultation is designed to allow you to meet with Dr. Tina and talk over any body pains you might be experiencing or health goals you would like to achieve. It will allow you to get comfortable with the doctor, our office & staff while helping us determine if we can improve your condition, prior to accepting you as a patient and scheduling a full physical examination. After your free consultation, Dr. Tina will review the background information you provided on you new patient forms, including family medical history, any pre-existing medical conditions or prior injuries, and previous and current treatments provided by other health professionals. She will conduct a thorough chiropractic exam including general tests (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, reflexes, etc.) and more specific orthopedic and neurological tests if needed. Based on the findings from your patient history forms and physical examination, Dr. Tina will provide a specific diagnosis. If she determines your condition will respond well to chiropractic care, she will create an individualized treatment plan for you.
