- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to talk on the phone with the customer as soon as possible. Once the customer contacts me with a call or text, that shows me that they are serious. I usually offer a ballpark estimate via phone or text. If the figure is in their budget, we usually arrange to meet to confirm the price. I will offer assistance to the customer upon request and also I will suggest the best option for paint selection. The customer usually supplies the paint, and we get paid when the job is finished.
