The process starts with the initial consultation, then we’ll go over specifics of the food and type of event and custom tailor the menu to their desire or they can pick an option from our website’s menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years starting as a dishwasher and busser and worked my way up the kitchen ladder learning under many different types of chefs and cooks. The last 12 years were spent in hotels, country clubs, and fine dining alongside extremely talented and professional chefs that shaped how and why I cook today.
