I'll begin my review by stating the following:
We won a settlement. Dan Estrada helped me achieve 99% more than their initial pittance offer (I did not make this number up, I actually whipped out a calculator to get the total percentage).
With Estrada's help, the uphill battle became much more manageable.
He kept me sane, and kept me on track on how to present my case.
He also gave me realistic answers - he didn't mince with words and gave me the real facts of what we were facing, what we would have to prepare, best and worst case scenarios.
And a definite plus on his part, he also kept me from going way off the OCD charts by keeping me focused on what to prepare and what to leave on the backburner.
I spoke with several recommended lawyers from friends, associates and coworkers, and yet none of them were willing to take this case due to the difficulty.
Estrada decided to take it on, and considered it a challenge.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My attorney fees for personal injury cases are based on a "contingency fee" basis. That means, if I do not get a $$$ settlement for my client, the client does not have any fees. The basic contingency fee that all personal injury lawyers charge is 1/3 % of the negotiated settlement accepted by the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all of my clients with respect. EVERY CLIENT RECEIVES MY PERSONAL ATTENTION!!!. Your case will never be assigned to a legal assistant, case manager, or a secretary. All of clients have my Cell phone number and can call me directly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Personal Injury Trial Lawyer since 1991. I also have prior experience as an insurance adjuster so I know all of my insurance opponents and how they work against an injured person. So I have a total of 40 years of experience in the area of personal injury cases and have successfully represented thousands of clients.
