FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself in working with almost any personal training budget. My clients that see the best results find the perfect balance between a comfortable price and a little bit of financial accountability. I want to help you succeed, and finding the right price for you is an important factor in reaching your goals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon our initial contact, I always lead off the first session with a comprehensive consultation. This includes going over both your general health and specific fitness goals. I can guide you to find attainable and reasonable goals that will keep you motivated and excited to keep seeing results! If your goals involve body changing, we can take some body metric measurements to track your progress quantitatively. Additionally you will perform a diagnostic workout that will assist me in creating a workout plan that fits your current ability levels, assesses any imbalance or weakness, and helps me understand your body better!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Motor Behavior from Texas A&M University. Additionally, I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years, working with clients of every ability level, injury, and age.
