- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on what you need — in-person, online coaching — and how often we train together. I don't do cookie-cutter packages. I build around your life and your goals — so the price reflects exactly what you need, nothing more. What I can tell you: minimum 4-week commitment. In-home sessions are priced slightly higher due to travel. The best thing to do is jump on a quick call — no pressure, just clarity.

Simple and stress-free: Quick call — we talk about your goal, schedule, and what hasn't worked before We meet — I walk you through my process so you feel confident before committing We build your plan — training, nutrition targets, cardio. Everything is structured from day one Weekly check-ins — I track your progress and adjust so you never plateau You always know what to do next. No confusion. No wasted days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BS + MBA, and I'm certified through NASM, ISSA, Precision Nutrition, and TRX. I'm also an IFBB Pro competitor and former NPC judge. But honestly? 14 years of real results — women who finally got their bodies back — that's what matters most.
