Jonathan has transforming lives through fitness for the past 2 years. His journey began in high school, where he discovered the power of fitness and its profound impact on both physical and mental well-being. Holding a B.S. in Human Nutrition; Dietetics from The Ohio State University and being certified by ISSA as a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, as well as holding credentials from Precision Nutrition and NASM, he's cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the science behind fitness and nutrition.
Through working with over 50 clients, Jonathan has achieved remarkable results in various areas, from weight loss to enhanced athletic performance. His coaching stands out through its emphasis on nutrition coaching and the flexibility embedded in his hybrid program. He firmly believes in long-term sustainability, rejecting fad diets for approaches that seamlessly integrate into each client's unique lifestyle. With a focus on overall health and fitness, he enjoyed working with motivated individuals of all age groups to tailor strategies that align with their goals.
