Introduction: Knowledge. Nutrition. Exercise. Rest. Consistency. I have dedicated my life around these 5 core principles and they have become the basis around my client program's which are designed not only to reach weight or aesthetic goals you may have, but to teach and prioritize how to sustain overall health and longevity. Focusing first on corrective and efficient fundamental movement patterns then learning how and when to progress based on your individual work capacity and potential. By taking a holistic approach to your training routine we will discuss nutrition habits/health concerns, sleep patterns and efficiency, regeneration habits and movement consistency/work ergonomics. Everything will be tailored to improve the way you live your life to get you looking, moving and most importantly feeling better than you ever have! Currently conducting sessions out of Self Made Training Facility in the Design District. A private, personal training only facility with no gym membership fees.

Personal Training

I'm soo happy I decided to take this step. Solo is a great trainer. I have scoliosis and that was a major concern as far as pain/injury while working out and even outside the gym. He is always attentive to my form and checking in with me to make sure I don't feel any pain. In the 3months we've been training, I've had zero back pain and that's been the most rewarding. Second best is the improvement I see and feel -which I better because these workouts are no joke! I appreciate the positive encouragement and enthusiasm because... the struggle... Overall best decision I've made for my health. I've tried an abundance of different avenues and couldn't remain consistent. Nowadays I'm looking to increase my physical activity and challenging myself while doing so. Would recommend to anyone who needs a push to get back on track. Solo is your guy.

I came to Solo after a year of not working out due to a major wrist surgery. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to workout effectively because of it but with his tailored workout plan I'm back at it and enjoying myself! He explains each movement and tells me why they are important to do correctly before moving up in reps and weight! Im now able to deadlift 115bs after a few weeks. He also encourages keeping your health a priority to live a better life with nutrition tips! I had to leave TX but because I am making my health a priority, Solo does VIRTUAL WORKOUT sessions. I am keeping up my sessions with his help and guidance all the way from SC. Solo is professional, honest,a great motivator, and pays attention to details! I would recommend him as a personal trainer for anyone who is serious about changing their life! So worth it!

My experience with Solo has been phenomenal! He is attentive and an extremely knowledgeable personal trainer. He explains in detail the attributes of every movement. He is patient, personable, positive and very passionate about motivating his clients to obtain their goal. Try him out, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic trainer and person! Always professional, extremely reliable, thoughtful in his approach to every element of training. From stretching to movement prep to particular areas of special needs.... Solo does the prep work to make training sessions even more impactful! Love the way that Solo is always challenging himself and expanding his areas of expertise with additional training and certifications! Always making himself better and applying what he learns to help those he trains. I have been training with solo for over two years.... never repetitive, always challenging! Great trainer!

Solo is definitely a professional. He will help you reach your goals whether it’s losing weight or gaining muscle the right way! He focuses on everything from nutrition, mobility and making sure that you are comfortable with the workouts. I didn’t even realize what I was weak in until he put me to work, and I’m happy he did! He starts every workout with a warm up and gradually increases intensity, so he definitely prepares each workout up for success. He creates a workout plan designed just for you, so you definitely will be surprised on all the new movements he’ll teach you. He knows exactly when to bring you up in weight and his fitness test at the beginning really identifies your weaknesses. It’s nice that he does 1:1 vs group training because he focuses on only you and makes sure you’re getting the best out of every session. I feel better aligned with my goals and definitely transformed the way I workout now. Not only that, but he is a really good teacher and really cares about his clients. Look no further because he is probably one of the best trainers out there!

    Our initial meeting will be to discuss goals, health history and screen/assess current movement capability and joint capacity. After purchasing your initial program package your first session will be a free fitness assessment where we will test overall strength and endurance to assess your current fitness level and will help guide the direction of your program moving forward.
