Introduction: Hello, My name is Zac Wood. As a personal trainer and nutritionist, my goal is to assist you as we work together to develop a plan that is unique to you and your goals. My current rate is $75 a session. All training will be done at private gym or your personal facility. The private gym gives you exclusive access to a brand new, state of the art facility without the worry of random people crowding the machines or your personal space. In addition to my certifications in personal training and nutrition I have a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from McMurry University. With this level of education, I will be able to build a specific program just for you regardless of your current fitness level. Together we will determine the best course of action that will get you to your goals and maintain your newly acquired progress.

Zac has been assisting me with both my nutrition and fitness goals. I was especially interested in having help with strength & balance training as an elderly woman to improve my stability. He has customized a plan for me that has improved my health by helping me lose weight, lowering both my cholesterol & blood pressure. In addition, my stability has improved significantly which lessens my fear of an accidental fall. Zac is an extraordinary young man who is extremely dependable, polite, hard working & always available to answer any questions I might have.

Zac has been assisting me with both my nutrition and fitness goals for some time now. He customized my plan to fit my age and my personal nutritional needs. He included balance and strength training to help decrease the chance of falls. His plan has helped me work towards better nutrition and has succeeded in helping me lower my blood pressure. Zac is gifted in his ability to see what I need and adapt a plan for success. Zac is courteous, dependable, and a delight to work with. I always look forward to our sessions together.

When working with Zachary, it was very obvious that he has large amounts of experience in the world of athleticism. From diet plans to being very punctual at our sessions, I seriously feel like my body is on a positive incline. Highly recommend!
