- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not believe in by the book pricing. I know what it costs to make a living in pursuing my passion, yet I also realize that others may not be as fortunate as I, and in that realization I generally allow my heart to rule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following the initial Thumbtack contact, I like to speak with them in person, to feel their personality in order to better understand expectations and meet their needs. Establishing personal contact is vital to the fluidity of any relationship!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained in virtually every area of photography involving people as objectified in my Thumbtack biography.
