- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by sq ft on all our projects. Roofs are 30cents per foot House washes are 15cents per foot Flat work is 20cents per foot We like to be transparent on our pricing and go through every bit of the project with our customers. When receiving our services we offer a %15 discount on 3 services and up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call consultation or an in person consultation where we go over the wants and needs of the customer. I educate all customers on the process from start to finish and what to expect from the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and crew have been trained in dealing with chemical application and different methods to cleaning all exterior surfaces. Roof king certified out of Houston Texas.
