We tried to get semi-private swim lessons for our kids, 6 and 4 respectively, from other places, but without success. An instructor who agreed to come cancelled the first appointment in the last minute.. The second appointment she did not cancel but did not showed up. So we decided to try Sunsational Swim School. The staff were very prompt and friendly on the phone. They informed us when they could not find an instructor in the time expected. Eventually they matched Jenna for our two kids. Jenna is really great -- very helpful, friendly and patient. Both kids are having a great time and they certainly have made very noticeable progress after only a few lessons. Wish we had done this last year.

The first instructor had a medical problem that interfered with lessons, but the company handled it well and gave us credit with a new instructor for the 2 bad sessions. Nicholas, aka "Buck," was outstanding. He did a great job of building rapport with our son through the inital shyness of meeting a new teacher. Over the series of lessons, he has kept the classes fun while progressively building both survival skills as well as the fundamentals of real swimming strokes to our 3 1/2 year old. The one on one lessons have paid off in rapid improvment, and using our apartment complex pool has been very convenient. We would recommend Buck to any other parents and will be signing up for more lessons ourselves.

BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS AND SCAMS! They give discounts for reviews!!!!I called in to inquire about lessons here for my twins to see if they had instrutors with their own pools, as I dont have one. Michael told me in order for me to figure that out I would have to do the online registration and only then would I find out who the instructors are and if they are close, have a pool etc. I started doing the registration and when I saw that there was a $20 per person registration fee, I called back, spoke with Michael and said that I didnt want to pay this just to figure this out and he reasured me there were no fee's or costs, I would only be charged after getting paired with someone and scheduling lessons. In the mean time, I get a $834 dollar charge on my cc for swim lessons. When I called in and spoke to the manager, Edie, she said that she sits next to Michael and my situation was unheard of and that she would give me a refund based on what Michael says... or course Michael isnt going to tell his boss he lied to a customer, he would rather save his a** which is what happened. So, Edie offered me a partial refund minus registration, which Michael said I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR UNTIL I SCHEDULED MY LESSONS! This place is a total scam- I hope your $20 registration fee is worth your reviews Edie

I have had a great experience with sensational swimming school. My instructor is Caitlyn and she is patient, knowledgable, and understanding. I enjoyed my swimming lessons and learned a great deal.

No way would we recommend this company!This company is all about profit and not about customer service. They guarantee the child to be swimming by 12 lessons, however when the 11th lesson comes around, and the child can not swim, the policy al of a sudden changes! They say the guarantee doesnt apply because of a bunch of lame excuses. NOT VERY HONEST!
