I contacted DAVIS company based on the opinion of a couple people that I knew had rented and had used them I was very impressed with his detailed knowledge of the market and his willingness to work with me and finding a client also his willingness to if I found a renter for him that he would Discount his charges for getting a runner very satisfied with these people and they are probably be the ones that I will use to manage my property

So far, so good. I havent actually worked with them, but the initial set up was easy, and Ed has been extremely helpful. Its taken a lot of stress away, since I am out of the country and needed to get my condo ready for tennants.
