We found Green Scene through a friend and also Yelped them (amazing reviews there too) and requested Clayton to do our inspection on our new home. He is amazing at his job, was very informative, and we enjoyed learning about the home we were able to purchase. The inspection started at 8:30am (he was on time and already working when I arrived). We spoke for about 15-20 mins on his process (he does many many many sweeps through the home to make sure that he doesn't miss anything). One thing that amazes me with this company is his honesty. We had ordered a termite inspection but he insisted a refund of the termite part because it was a new build and there was no way termites would be present (the builder would have already pre-treated the ground and etc for termites). We came back at 11:30am, and he put together a video for us (that we would be able to review at home online) summarizing all the things that he found and going through the pictures that he has taken. You want a home inspector who is thorough, on your side, and is disclosing everything that may be a red flag. This is your biggest investment and you definitely want someone who does not hurry through and sign the documents. You want real facts and information on what needs to be fixed! He even went through with a thermal camera just to see areas that are possibly leaking free of charge. Clayton does all of these things, he is organized, a very personable and customer-oriented person, and I could not be happier with his work and his time that he spent with my wife and I on this new home. I would give them 1 Million stars if possible! We need more people like this in the world! I think what separates them from others is their sincerity, their interest in you as the home owner, and their unbiased and thorough work. You get what you pay for a million times over with these guys.

Green Scene Home Inspections was great. They spent hours inspecting my small condo; they were available immediately when I needed them; they walked me through every single thing they saw, both good and bad; and they recorded the session so I could reference it later if I needed it. Everything they did was to 1) make sure I understood everything about the existing condo and 2) help me go forward with my purchase with every possible piece of information and help they could provide, like next steps on how to address the issues that came up in the inspection. As a first time buyer, that was extremely helpful to me. I'll definitely use them again on any property purchase in the future.

What an Amazing company offering some of the greatest services in Dallas / Fort Worth. The On-Site Video Summary is a great Service that allows customers to view their inspection presentation via online. A family owned business that has some of the best customer satisfaction standards out there!

Excellent!! Clayton Bailey and his team did a remarkable job inspecting my new home! They were very thorough regarding ALLdetails of the home and VERY honest about what they found along with the recommendations they gave me on my new home purchase. Not only did they take a lot of pictures for issues or potential issues with the new home they presented me with a 30 minute video that was instrumental in allowing me to take back to the seller and negotiate the items I needed done in order to fully execute the contract. I would highly recommend Green Scene Home Inspections!!
