- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts - Seniors and all military receive a 5% to 10% discount depending on roof size and other factors. We use a program called Xactimate to price out all jobs. This software is the industry's most powerful and comprehensive solution for construction estimation, thanks to its accuracy and flexibility thorughout all stages of the repair process. It combines a data base of local averages for labor and material costs. What this means to our customers is that they can rest easy knowing they are paying a fair middle of the road price for their re roof.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process will verey depending on the replacement situation: self pay or insurance claim. Typically the process will go was follows: 1.) On site inspection & verbal reporting to homeowner. 2.) Home is diagramed and estimate created. 3.) Comprehensive overview of options to choose from, such as felt, shingle type, color, additional upgrades 4.) Permits pulled and materials ordered. 5.) Construction starts. 6.) Clean up, walk thru with home owners, Certificate of Completion and extended Warranty documents handed over.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very proudly a certified Shingle Master by Certainteed Roofing Corporation. Since we only use Certainteed this is the only manufacture we felt was necessary to take exams with.
