- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections and transferring pricing. If the project goes through insurance, we work within the approved scope to reduce out-of-pocket costs. Pricing depends on the size, materials and complexity of the project, but we always explain everything upfront no hiding fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free inspection. We document any damage with Photos and explain the findings clearly. If there is insurance involvement, we help guide the homeowners through the claim process. Then we provide a detailed estimate and schedule the work efficiently once approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on training in roofing systems, storm damage inspections, and restoration processes. We also stay updated with local building codes and manufacturer installation guidelines to ensure every project is done correctly and up to standard.
