- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price every job from a written scope so you can compare our proposal line by line against any other bid. The proposal lists the system, the materials, and what is included, with no hidden fees. Repairs are quoted after an on-site assessment. For insurance claims we work from the adjuster's scope and explain any differences we find before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site inspection and photos of what we find, then walk you through the options: repair, restoration, or replacement. You receive a written proposal with the system and materials spelled out. Once you approve, we schedule the work, keep you informed while it is under way, and close out with a final walk-through and documentation for your records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We Roof Dallas is a GAF Certified Commercial Contractor and a FORTIFIED Certified Roof Installer and Evaluator. We also hold TAMKO Pro Certified Contractor, Brava Preferred Vendor, DaVinci Masterpiece Contractor, Versico Authorized Contractor, and IB Roof Systems Authorized Contractor status, and our crews are certified installers for 4 Seasons Solar Attic Vents and Attic Breeze ventilation. Each certification requires manufacturer training on that system. Dallas Observer readers named us Best of Dallas 2025.
