- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive. We understand that repairing or replacing a roof is not cheap. We strive to provide the best product and service for the most reasonable price. When it comes to an insurance claim, the price to replace your roof will simply be your insurance deductible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to diagnose the issue. We always do a detailed inspection to get a good idea of the damages to the roof and property. Depending on our findings, we will recommend either repairs or a complete roof replacement, if needed. A detailed inspection report, along with an estimate is then provided. When an insurance claim is involved due to a severe hail or windstorm, we pride ourselves in guiding you from A-Z. We make sure all damages are properly documented so that it is all communicated to your insurance company for proper reimbursement.
