Jonathan came out at the time he told me to inspect the roof. He found 2 shingles that needed to be replaced and he replaced both of them FREE of charges. He was very professional and knowledgeable about roofing. I’m will definitely call Zeus Exteriors when I have a need for roofing repairs and/or replacement.

I was asked to pick up to 3 reasons why I liked working with Zeus Exteriors. If Thumbtack allowed me to choose all 5 reasons, I would. We chose them because of the great reviews. Everything said about Jonathan Davila and his team were completely accurate. We thought only minor repairs to our roof were needed but found out a full replacement was required (14 year old roof). We also needed new gutters, window screens, and a portion of our fence replaced. Jonathan was extremely thorough in his explanation of why going through insurance would be important. He offered to speak to the adjuster on our behalf. Our claim was approved, checks were sent and the crew got to work. Our out of pocket expenses were no where near as much as what we were expecting so that was a huge blessing! Our roof, gutters, and fence look absolutely AMAZING. Our window screens are on backorder but will be replaced soon so I'm ok with that. Jonathan made us feel confident that every promise made would be fulfilled and it was. I'll definitely refer anyone that needs roof work to Zeus Exteriors. With so many scammers out here, you just never know if you'll be made promises that can't be fulfilled and screwed out of your money with shoddy work. We appreciate Jonathan for delivering and if I could give him and the company 10 stars, I definitely would.

I was in the middle of a house sale when I noticed roof leak. Michael was very responsive to my request and came to asses roof repair on the same day.
