- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. We charge for labor, parts, and distance traveled. Unless the business request Monitoring and Remote Assistance, then the pricing is based on their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is sending a request for a bid on a project, Step two is us replying to your request, Step three is you agreeing to the bid and marking us as hired, Step four is you sending us your project location, and the Final Step is us going to your location and fixing the issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associated degree in Computer and Network Administration.
