I believe every student can succeed with the right support and encouragement. With over five years of experience teaching middle and high school science, I specialize in making challenging STEM subjects understandable, engaging, and confidence-building. I hold a degree in Microbiology and have served as a Science Department Head, creating hands-on lessons and individualized learning plans for students with diverse learning styles and needs. Whether your student needs help with Biology, Chemistry, Physics, general science, homework support, test preparation, or developing stronger study skills, I tailor each session to their unique goals and learning style. My approach focuses on understanding concepts rather than memorization, helping students build lasting confidence and independence. I strive to create a supportive, patient, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is not only to improve grades but to help students develop a genuine understanding of science and a belief in their own abilities. I offer one-on-one tutoring for middle school, high school, and introductory college-level science courses, with both virtual and in-person options available.
