- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each pool has it’s own unique characteristics and challenges. Each pool is impacted by a wide variety of factors including: pool size, depth, surrounding trees and foliage, age and functionality of equipment, surface texture, water levels, number and frequency of swimmers, pets, environment and other factors. Therefore, it is impossible to come up with a “one price fits all” approach to pool cleaning service pricing. Any pool service contractor that quotes a specific price without visiting and evaluating your pool is just setting you and them up for problems in the future. However, we believe in complete transparency when dealing with our customers and most customers want to have some idea about pricing before they seriously consider a pool service contractor. As a result, we provide on our website our Pool Cleaning Service Pricing Guidelines for this purpose. Note: these are only guidelines and your actual monthly cost may vary based on your unique pool characteristics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet our customers in person. Building a quality relationship with our customers is one of our favorite things about this business. However, out of respect for everyone's time and schedule, we usually have a brief phone conversation prior to coming out to your location. Once we meet in person, we will evaluate your specific pool situation and give you a specific price quote on the spot. Over 90% of the customers we meet in person end up doing business with us. That should tell you something about the quality of our people and the way we do business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our pool service personnel are highly trained and knowledgable in this industry. Our pool repair technicians are licensed, certified and are some of the most experienced technicians in the Dallas metroplex. In addition, our pool chemistry analysis is the most advanced in the industry. Unlike most other pool guys who only test 4 chemicals in your pool, we actually have a mobile lab we bring to your site which allows us to test up to 12 chemicals and produce results within 60 seconds. This sets us apart from the competition by providing us much more valuable data to use in balancing and maintaining your pool water chemistry.
