I had an outstanding experience at Pinch A Penny from start to finish. The level of customer service was truly exceptional and exceeded all of my expectations. The staff took the time to thoroughly understand my pool’s needs, answered every question patiently, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel rushed.
What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They carefully tested my pool water, walked me through the results, and recommended only the products that were actually necessary instead of trying to upsell me. Their knowledge and professionalism were evident, and it was clear they genuinely cared about helping me maintain my pool properly.
The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, making it easy to find everything I needed. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure I left with confidence, providing helpful maintenance tips that will save me time and money in the future.
It’s rare to find a business that consistently delivers this level of personalized service and expertise. If you’re looking for honest advice, knowledgeable staff, and outstanding customer care, I highly recommend Pinch A Penny. They’ve earned a loyal customer, and I’ll definitely be returning for all of my pool care needs. Thank you for providing such an excellent experience!
