FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly Services include checking the water level, check and balance the water chemistry, record chemical readings, add chemicals as needed. We empty the skimmer baskets, pool pump basket and automatic pool cleaner debris bag. Additionally, we skim the water surface for leaves and other debris with pool net. We will brush the tile at the water surface around the entire pool; brush the steps, tanning ledges and benches. We check your pool filter pressure and backwash as needed. We will vacuum when needed. We can do other services including extra bodies of water such as a fountain. We record all of our activities in a digital platform; PoolOps, then we email it to you with photos of your clean pool, all of the chemical readings and what we added. There is not contract but if you sign up for the service and remain with us for 12 months, you will receive the 12th month free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For repair, we have licensed repair technicians. Our maintenance technicians are well-trained with background checks and a drug test. You need to trust who you have in your backyard. To determine the weekly rate of service, one of our Field Managers will visit your pool. Rates are based upon the size of the pool, age of the pool/equipment and environment (landscaping, trees, etc). We will provide you with a monthly quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is a licensed contractor in the state of Texas. Repair technicians are licensed as Residential Appliance Installers as required by Texas law. Most of our maintenance technicians are CPO certified (Certified Pool Operator) or on their way to certification.
