After receiving several quotes I went on Thumbtack and found Pristine Pool Service. I called and spoke to Derrick. He came out that day and traced the problem we were having with our pool pump. He diagnosed the problem, went into detail explaining the problem to me. We made a repair plan and he quoted me. He came in lower than my current pool supply company. I went with Derrick and he was there the next day with the materials need to get the pump running again. I also asked for in addition to the pump repair other things that I've been wanting to get done. He got those fixed in no time. I was so impressed with Derricks work that I hired his Pristine Pool Service to start doing my pool cleaning service then and there. Thank you Derrick for taking care of this for me without any stress.!!!

Came by for the initial review of the pool, he was great at explaining everything as a new pool owner how everything works and what all the equipment is. I now understand the basics and what I need to do to help maintain my pool along with their weekly maintenance! We discussed items that need repair and already on our way to a long lasting relationship together.
