- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is getting to know what our customer is looking for and also recommending options that will help our customer. Every business is different and understanding what the customers goals are is very important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in business administration from Louisiana State University and I have been a tax preparer since 2014. Tax laws change often so it is important to work with someone that keeps up with the changes. At Royal Financial Solutions, we don't just provide a service and call it a day, we like to educate our customers and provide them with options that will help their business be more successful.
