I would highly recommend him and Alta for pest control. After 3 hours from his departure I had to blow off the patio 2 time from all the dead bugs. The tech showed up to the home I was needing the termite inspection for about 10 minutes early which was great. We chatted on the porch waiting for the realtor to arrive to give us access to the home as this was a home PRE - PURCHASE inspection. Then after waiting the tech informed me and I quote "if this is a crawl space home, I dont do crawl spaces any more". The home is a pier and beam home and I needed it inspected for possible termites or carpenter ants before I made a decision to purchase the home. The "tech" would not even enter the home to look at anything and left. Ive been in real estate for a long time and was disgusted as to the level of customer service some individuals think they can get away with. Will never use this company for anything.
