- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're completely cashless and accept all types of credit or debit card. Parents can choose between one-time lessons ($35/hour) or weekly lessons ($30/hour). Every lesson is insured by our 100% satisfaction policy - if your child doesn't love their lesson or tutor, we don't charge you and work with you until we find the right match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our tutors are certified through our 4-step hiring process. Tutors undergo an application process to verify content mastery, an interview process to verify teaching ability, and ongoing training and support to ensure the best quality.
