Fulfill all contracted items. In reviewing my invoice to complete this survey, I discovered a portion of my invoice included grading and leveling of soil prior to grass installation. The area was not graded or leveled after he installed the French Drain and before he installed the grass.

We needed to install a new lawn in our front yard, plant bush and tree in the flower beds, and do some stone work for edging.
