Joe was very professional in his work ethic
It was difficult to solve my problem because the company had not changed the code word for my WiFi and so it would not pair with my router. So he had to involve the company to get the situation remedied. I had also not connected one cord. He arrived exactly at the time that he said would. He ruled out possible problems until he arrived at the real problem. He is very personable.

We start at $100 for all installs no matter the wall type.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining to them what I will be doing. Verifying with the customer the specific height and location of the television for the install.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spend a lot of time working on television installation with Directv for years and worked for a construction company which taught me plenty about the structure of walls, wires and studs in homes.
