- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices on each job is all depends on what kind of service the customer asking or need so if the customer contact us we will ask them questions the size of their TV the wall materials to do on some extra service or not and we can provide them with a good pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a customer give me a call and give me the whole scope of the job what services they need so I can help them out giving them the best code and availability for a schedule so we can be clear on everything
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had seven months networking education and certification class have five years work experience installing DirecTV AT&T Internet spectrum Internet at the same time wall mounted TVs since 2016 we do it right the first time
