- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates, however we do charge a $175 diagnostic fee to locate sewer breaks, but we waive the fee if you decide to have us make the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for all of our customers is to listen to what they want, present different options, and then get the job done the right way. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work, like our other customers have been. Our perfect 5 star rating from all of our customer reviews is a reflection of their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as an apprentice in 2007. Then in 2018, I founded A1 Professional Plumbing.
