Water heater was leaking water and it filled the pan. Plumbernumber 1 came and checked the heater then told me to replace XYZ is $1100 or the whole thing for a few thousands more since my heater is ‘ older’. I was like I guess I will never see you again. Plumber from Stellar came, tightened the pipe , sponged out all the water and told me all done and bye. I was like, nothing needs to be replaced?! He said , no. Just an installation error and I have fixed it. Guess who I would use next time i need someone.
