- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price jobs based on the level of effort, complexity, and overall timeline needed. We don't typically lose clients over budget, as we are interested in establishing new relationships, which may translate in ongoing work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by performing a needs analysis, and putting together a production schedule against the items that we promised to deliver. We do so in order to provide clear expectations for our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all senior level professionals in our studio, with a least a 4 year undergraduate degree and 4-5 years of work experience.
