- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both monthly plans and per-project pricing to fit most any client’s needs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free introduction and inspiration session - this is to make sure that both the client and myself are clear on what the ad/design or service is intended to achieve. After that is completed, we can set up in-person or virtual meetings to discuss designs and/or templates. For social media marketing including text message marketing, we will meet 2 weeks in the middle of the month to plan marketing for the next full month. I have a full calendar of possible related holidays to celebrate with my client's customers to help think outside of the box and draw more clients in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management. My experience includes Executive Sales, Technology Sales, Social Marketing, Community Outreach, Restaurant Operations, Small Business Marketing, Ad and Web Design. My training experience is in professional management and coaching as well as soft-skill training (how to handle difficult conversations, speak in public, etc.)
