- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have various packages ranging from 1-2 photographers and all day to partial coverage. All packages include digital images and online gallery. Photobooth services also available. I primarily use Thumbtack to book upcoming open dates, or dates that were previously booked and have recently become available because an event or wedding has been rescheduled or dissolved. For this reason, the rates I offer to customers on Thumbtack are typically significantly reduced from my normal rate. As my usual packages begin at $2500, my Thumbtack rates are typically offered at 50% or more off the original package. This is an incredible value for the quality of photography. Because of this, while I may not be able to offer you an additional discount, I can work to see if we can customize your package in a way that fits within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is very important when it comes to wedding planning. Dealing with multiple vendors can get hectic, and I want to make sure you don't have to worry about pictures! We will preplan all the posed shots, go over your itinerary prior to your wedding day so you can enjoy your day without missing a beat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading and attending workshops to learn about new techniques and equipment in photography and video. But the best way to learn is to just go out and practice, which I try to do as much as possible.
