FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on several factors, including the size and type of glass, the window style, and the location of the repair (such as what floor it’s on). Because each job is unique, we typically provide the most accurate estimates during an in-person visit. However, in many cases, we can offer a preliminary estimate based on clear photos and details provided by the customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins when a customer contacts us about an issue—whether it’s a broken or fogged window, a window that won’t open or close properly, or frame damage due to wood rot or water exposure. We schedule an in-person consultation to assess the problem and provide a detailed estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the service—typically within one to seven days, depending on the scope of work. Payment is collected upon completion for most services, ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With decades of experience led by our owner, Robert, our company has completed thousands of window and glass repair projects across the DFW metroplex. From historic wooden-frame homes to modern new builds, we’ve seen and solved a wide range of window issues—many of which are specific to the North Texas climate and housing styles. This deep, local experience allows us to deliver accurate diagnoses and long-lasting solutions.
