We had a hard to reach kitchen window that never closed right. Last winter air was getting in, and we thought we might have to replace it because of poor builder work. They provide $0 on-site quote, so Robert showed up punctually on the time he said he would. He inspected the window and explained and showed us what was going on. He told us the window was fine, just a bit of plastic on the bottom frame hanging up the window and that we needn't be afraid to use force to close it. He said there would be no charge since he didn't have to replace any parts. We appreciate the honesty. When/if we need any windows replaced, we're definitely calling them again.
