Hannah's Healing House - Group & Corporate Classes

Introduction: Hello and welcome! I offer yoga, meditation, sound baths, and Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE) to assist my clients in combatting the negative effects of every day stress, as well as significant past traumatic experience. I specialize in teaching yoga, meditation, and sound bath group classes for beginners, peer groups, events, and corporate wellness classes. I can provide yoga mats and props if needed. Corporate Yoga: I offer on-site, virtual non-recurring, and virtual membership classes. These wellness classes are specialized for decreasing burnout, stress & anxiety, as well as specialty ergonomic corrective exercise. Events: I offer all of my wellness classes for events, health fairs, day retreats, and private groups. TRE: I offer individual and group TRE classes. TRE is an innovative, alternative healing practice which involves a sequence of gentle exercises to assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. TRE safely activates a shaking or vibrating mechanism in the muscles, releasing muscular tension and calming the nervous system to allow the body to return back to a state of balance.
