Introduction: Hello and welcome! I teach yoga, meditation and Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE) to assist my clients in combatting the negative effects of every day stress, as well as significant past traumatic experience.
TRE is an innovative practice which involves a sequence of gentle exercises to assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. TRE safely activates a shaking or vibrating mechanism in the muscles, releasing muscular tension and calming the nervous system to allow the body to return back to a state of balance. After 1-2 sessions together, you will have this lifelong tool to practice on your own.
9 years experience in teaching yoga. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Hannah is a true teacher! My fiancé and I are at different levels of yoga, health, flexibility etc and she seamlessly found a way to be incredibly useful to us both. She’s patient and deeply knowledgeable. Cannot beat the value anywhere. We look forward to working with her more in the future.

I used to think that yoga wasn’t for me. I’m not especially fit or flexible and didn’t want to put myself out there in a class of “bendy” people who would judge me. But Hannah’s classes are not anything like that! Hannah personalizes her flows and instructions to suit an individual’s needs, no matter their ability or skill level. She offers modifications and provides demonstrations of exercises for all levels and ages. And honestly, the ambience is zen, the class environment is non-judgmental and welcoming, and I can’t believe I ever thought that all of this awesomeness wasn’t for me! Namaste 🙏🏽
