Tiara Burns Yoga

Introduction: By day, I teach yoga with the local nonprofit organization that works with underprivileged communities and bringing them wellness. Although I teach a lot of groups I really enjoy teaching private sessions and building a relationship with my students. I start with the internal work of yoga before focusing on the physical representation of the practice. As with most things in this life, self improvement begins internally before external results are noticed. With the internal work of meditation, I specialize in restorative and Vinyasa classes.
