I run a studio here in Richardson, and we hired Virginia to do a recovery yoga class for some of our members. Virginia was very professional, having agreements ready, and even gave us some posters to put up around the studio. She showed up on time with her own music and lead the class as expected. We will be using her again when we run more classes for our members.

I consider myself a beginner yoga student. What I like most about Virginia Valentin’s Yoga session is the way she carefully explains each transition. She makes it easy to follow along and provides correction when necessary. I love her playlist! Come and treat yourself to a yoga session with her. You will want to come back!
