I am Emily Hibdon, and I am the owner and the founder of LuxeRose Cleaning’s. LuxeRose Cleaning’s specializes in bringing the best cleaning services to every client we meet. In 2022 Luxerose’s Cleanings was founded with the goal of providing an amazing cleaning service for anyone and everyone that needs their home smelling and looking fresh and beautiful. We work with our customers on our prices and we try to service everyone we can. We service your home with our own cleaning supplies, vacuums, and mops. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charger a 10 dollar driving fee for anything past 25 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first get to know them, I figure out what they want done, what their comfortable with paying. I love to get to know my customers on a personal level when I clean their homes. When I’m finished cleaning, I let my customers do a walk through to make sure their happy with my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been cleaning houses for about 2 years, I am about to get my license for it also.
