- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will charge an overgrown grass fee in certain cases. If the lawn is significantly overgrown and requires extra time or effort to mow properly, there may be an additional fee. We’re happy to take a look and let you know ahead of time if that would apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process involves scheduling a date and time to service your property. While we're there, we’ll take before-and-after photos and send them to you along with an invoice once the job is complete. The invoice can be texted directly to your phone, and you can pay using a credit/debit card, Cash App, or Zelle. There's no need for you to be on-site during the service.
