- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base pricing for a typical appraisal in a subdivision without any atypical conditions start at $500. More complex appraisal that may have acreage, atypical characteristics, or special condition, view, or location characteristics will typically cost more than the base price. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will discuss the the purpose and goal of the appraisal. Having a full understanding of the purpose is critical to providing an appraisal that meets or exceeds your needs. Once your purpose and goals are understood, I will setup a time to visit your property to inspect, take measurements and photos. Once the on-site inspection has ben completed. The appraisal repot will take 2-10 days, depending upon any complexities that are discovered during the inspection visit. On average, appraisal report are delivered 3-4 days after the on-site inspection visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed residential appraiser in Texas through TALCB. I have been a licensed Realtor through TREC since 2014. I also hold a Property Tax Consultant with TDLR.
