We make the design process collaborative, straightforward, and focused on your vision. Initial consultation: We discuss your project, goals, property, budget, timeline, and specific requirements. Project assessment and proposal: We review the scope of work and provide a customized estimate and expected timeline. Design development: We develop concepts and refine floor plans, elevations, and site plans based on your needs and feedback. Construction documentation: Once the design is approved, we prepare detailed drawings and construction documents appropriate to the agreed scope. Coordination and delivery: We coordinate relevant design and engineering requirements and deliver the agreed-upon documents for the next steps in your project. Your input matters throughout the process. We keep communication open so the final design reflects your vision while addressing practical project requirements. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IDD is led by Boris Munoz, whose experience in the architectural industry began in 2014. His professional background includes experience with Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 homebuilding company, providing valuable insight into residential design and the homebuilding process. Our work combines practical industry knowledge, technical drafting expertise, design development, and detailed construction documentation.
