- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job presents unique challenges. I do my best to give you an upfront ballpark price based on pictures and dimensions you give me. Of course, once I see the area in person, things may change. But typically I am pretty close on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with perspective clients on site and discuss all ideas. We will all have questions and want to be sure we come up with the best solution. This is a custom job, not a one size fits all solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this type of work for over 20 years. I built my first home when I was 22 and learned a lot. I have been taking that experience and learning from it ever since. If I don't know how to do something, I will tell you. I do not take on a project that I am not familiar with, or am not comfortable doing. Most likely though, I do know someone who can do it and I only recommend the best.
