I used them for heating issues. And was able to get Chance out to answer questions about water filtration the same day . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For normal service we charge $79 to go through all of your plumbing fixtures and find whats wrong. If you go forward with any repairs we take $50 off and charge $29 plus the cost of repairs. Quotes are always free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out and get as much information as we can, every picture or detail make us informed on what we can help you with. After that we get you on the schedule. You get a text when one of our Galactic Super Techs are on their way!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are licensed with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
